Boy Scouts Lift Gay Ban

I bet this is going to piss a lot of haters off but it makes me and a lot of other people very happy.  As of January 1, 2014, The Boy Scouts of America will officially lift their ban on gay scouts.  That being said, it turns out many anti-gay parents have already moved their kids to Trail Life USA, a group which openly bans gay membership.  Although Boy Scouts are opening their minds a little, they are sticking to strict guidelines on sexual conduct and their wording still worries me a little. Will it open the doors for easy discrimination?  How do you promote sexuality and does that mean you can be gay but don't dare talk about it?  I guess we will have to wait and see how this plays out.

Any sexual conduct, whether heterosexual or homosexual, by youth of Scouting age is contrary to the virtues of Scouting. No member may use Scouting to promote or advance any social or political position or agenda, including on the matter of sexual orientation.
