Madonna opened her first gym, Hard Candy Fitness, in Mexico City on Monday. The facility contains all kinds of pictures of the diva, but the emphasis is on exercise, not celebrity worship. Well at least that's what she is telling everyone but I'm fairly confident I wouldn't open a gym with pictures of myself everywhere. Madonna cut the ribbon to the gym and then taught a dance class for 20 selected members with music by DJ Paul Oakenfold. The gym is located in Mexico City’s upscale Bosques de las Lomas neighborhood. Membership costs $160 per month after paying a joining fee of $830. Madonna is planning on opening more gyms and hitting the United States. Unless she is there everyday working out with me, I'm never going to pay that much to be at any gym.
