Don't get me wrong, I love both Shakira and Rihanna and I would love nothing more than to imagine them dressed like this and where it would lead.  The thing that pisses me off is can you imagine two popular male artists posed like this to sell music?  I don't think Drake will be laying on Jay Z's lap anytime soon to sell music.  This double standard not only hurts the LGBT community but it demeans women.  Wow, who knew this morning rant was coming!

Taylor Kitsch Plays Gay Character

Taylor Kitsch is well known for playing alongside Rihanna in the movie Battleship but I loved him in Friday Night Lights playing a high school football star named Tim Riggins.  His new  role is in Ryan Murphy’s adaptation of The Normal Heart which is a new HBO film.  It is based on a play, which recounts the onset of the HIV-AIDS crisis in New York City in the early 1980s. Kitsch plays a closeted investment banker and, later, a prominent AIDS activist. Sounds like it will be pretty good and hopefully there will be some shirtless scenes of this pretty boy.

Rihanna Plays Lilith Fair

Lilith Fair has finally announced the dates of the whole tour. The North American tour will sweep through thirty six cities in the Canada and the US and of course my home town has been overlooked. I'm a little bitter but what else is new. The most exciting part released is that the tour has added my sweet heart Rihanna for its July 12 Salt Lake City show. I'm starting to consider moving to Seattle but I'm pretty sure that will never happen. The tour is set to begin June 27 in Calgary and will end August 16 in Dallas.
