So it seems that Riverdale's favorite gay boy aims to be a military man - and will meet his future husband while recovering from a war wound. Archie comics has a new boy in town named Kevin Keller, and he’s the first gay character ever in 70 years. He first appeared in an issue of Veronica last fall, and now gets his own four-issue miniseries. Betty & Veronica might be fighting over getting his attention but I have a feeling his eye will be on Jughead.

New Gay in Riverdale

Betty and Veronica won`t have to fight over the new boy in town, unless they are looking for a shopping partner. 69 year old creator of the comic David Parent said he was just trying to better reflect society and show Riverdale as a diverse place. I`m pretty stoked about the new edition and hopefully he becomes a permanent resident.
