Amber Heard Blame Game Continues

 Let the victim shaming and blaming begin.  No one wants to believe that gorgeous Johnny Depp would hurt Amber Heard.  God forbid you be beautiful and an asshole because that's never happened before (if you can't hear the sarcasm...it's dripping).  Now that Amber has come forward, it has been released that she was arrested for a 2009 assault on then girlfriend Tasya van Ree.  Yes, that happened but how is that relevant to this?  Well, it proves she likely provoked the abuse....this brings me back to the victim shaming portion of this segment.  So sad and frustrating.  The worst part for me is all the women jumping on the attack.

Amber Heard Says Come Out

Beautiful out lesbian Amber Heard says it's about time for famous woman to come out of the closet. She is currently with partner Tasya van Ree and is not shy to talk about it. I think it's fabulous and hope other ladies follow suit.

You can't respect yourself if you're afraid to be who you are. It requires bravery to do something no one else around you is doing. But the risk was outweighed by the possiblility of playing into this horribly detrimental lie that some in Hollywood perpetuate.

She has appeared in films like Pineapple Express and Zombieland and will soon be featured as the female lead opposite Johnny Depp in The Rum Diary. The 24 year old actress has been dating photographer Tasya van Ree since 2008. She decided to come out because "injustice can never be stood for" — and she doesn't want to be part of the problem.

I think when I became aware of my role in the media, I had to ask myself an important question: 'Am I part of the problem?' And I think that when millions and millions of hardworking, tax-paying Americans are denied their rights and denied their equality you have to ask yourself what are the factors that are an epidemic problem and that's what this is.
