Sam Smith appears to be single again. It wasn't that long ago that he announced his relationship with Jonathan Heizel and he seemed so excited. That changed quickly because just before singing 'Good Thing' during his concert in Toronto he announced to the crowd:
This song is very special for me today. It's because I've actually had to do a very similar thing today with someone I've been seeing.
