If you are a gamer and love Nintendo, this will be happy news for you. Tomodachi Life is a game that allows characters to create characters and then turn them free into a world where they can fall in love. Queer gamers freaked out because you could only love members of the opposite sex. Nintendo has issued an apology. Nothing is going to change but they acknowledged the mistake.
We apologize for disappointing many people by failing to include same-sex relationships in Tomodachi Life. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change this game’s design, and such a significant development change can’t be accomplished with a post-ship patch.
