I can't even begin to comprehend why someone would bomb the Boston Marathon. I think of all the families affected by the loss or damage to a loved one. My heart goes truly out to all the emergency responders and their courage during this kind of crisis. This picture has become iconic because it has been floating around all the social media sites. An interesting bit of information is one of these police officers is not only openly gay but the LGBT liaison for the Boston Police Service.
