Ian McKellen Helps With Cutest Proposal

Brett Best is a South African director who really wanted Sir Patrick Stewart to help him propose to his boyfriend Khalid Shawwa who is apparently a Star Trek nut.  He gets the next best thing with Patrick's best friend Sir Ian Mckellen.  I can only imagine Khalid's reaction but I do know that he said yes.  How could he possibly say no to this?

McKellen Will Be In The Hobbit

Ian McKellen has confirmed on his website that he will be back playing Gandalf in The Hobbit, which begins filming this coming July. I have to admit I've never seen any of the movies but I'm sure this will make some queers out there very happy.
