Ricky Martin came out back in 2010 and it really wasn't that big of a surprise but it was a huge move for the singer. He just gave an interview with GQ magazine and he admits he used to bully people he knew were gay. Sadly, this isn't uncommon but at least he is acknowledging it.
When you're told you're wrong by everyone, from society, from your faith - my self-esteem was crushed. I took my anger out on those around me. I look back now and realise I would bully people who I knew were gay."
