Rosie O'Donnell has more than a new show - she also has a new girlfriend! O'Donnell met Michelle Rounds, a 40 year old IT head hunter at a Starbucks and the couple have been dating for a few months now. All this and some hormone replacement therapy to deal with her anger issues. Looks like life is on the up-swing for Rosie.
