For once Lindsay being followed around by the media may be to her benefit. It turns out that the accident she was recently in where her vehicle clipped a member of the media has been deemed far from deadly. Lindsay wasn't driving but her body guard was up on charges for assault with a deadly weapon. Someone on scene taped the whole thing and the police aren't planning on pressing charges as a result. Phew! For the first time in a long time she's actually not to blame!
