Degrassi takes another step forward in the new season starting Monday as they add their first transgender character. Jordan Todosey plays Adam, described by the show as a character who presents himself as a boy even though he was born a girl. I thought that was self explanatory but I guess some people live in the dark and need it spelled out for them.
