On September 20th HBO aired a documentary on the strange history of Don't Ask Don't Tell in the US military. It is fantastic and an eye opener on how some backwoods politicians can pass policies that are ridiculous.

This past Sunday Lady Gaga attended the MTV awards with four ex US service members. Their names are Katie Miller, Mike Almy, David Hall and Stacy Vasquez, all of them resigned or were forced to because of Don't Ask Don't Tell. Lady Gaga also tweeted senator Reid to schedule a senate vote and it worked!
