Justin has come out on Ugly Betty and I don't think it's a coincidence that the show only has three more episodes. ABC is generally queer friendly but they don't generally push the boundaries, so I'm assuming this move on the writers part is only because they have one foot out the door. Either way, I'm happy the 15 year old character can come out and the episode seemed to get lots of support.
