Laverne has been ground breaking for the trans community and a huge inspiration for a lot of people. I was so happy when I heard she was going to be on the cover of Time Magazine. I hope someone spoils her rotten for her birthday.

Laverne Cox is changing how the world sees trans people. She is nearing the top of the Time reader’s top 100 poll, currently ahead of the queen Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. This is huge news.

Lesbians Kissing on Cover of Time
Kristen Ellis-Henderson is part of the all girl band Antigone Rising and recently made headlines by being on the cover of Time Magazine kissing her wife Sarah Kate. They were chosen by the magazine because all at once they announced they were married, pregnant and giving birth three weeks apart. This is a big move by the magazine and I'm happy they decided to do it.
