Geri Jewell, also known as Geri on The Facts of Life, will be releasing a book in April called I'm Walking As Straight As I Can: Transcending Disability in Hollywood and beyond. In her memoir, she goes through her difficulty becoming a actress in Hollywood with cerebral palsy, opening the doors for future generations of disabled actors and, for the first time, admits being gay. Wow, this woman has overcome a lot of obstacles to be where she is today.
