Ellen DeGeneres is starting her own record label, signing Greyson Michael Chance as her first artist. I usually cringe a little when I hear about someone without musical ability starting a record label (this means you, Tila), but I think Ellen is in the perfect position to do something like this. I can't help but wonder how this works with her American Idol duties, though. Is she allowed to nab the losing contestants if they're great?
