A star was to announce that he or she was gay in the upcoming edition of People magazine. It's been leaked that this new queer is the one and only Chely Wright. The thirty nine year old singer had a number one hit country song back in 1999 with "Single White Female". She was also named Academy of Country Music new artist of the year. Wright is the first major country artist ever to come out. This is a big deal in the country world. Chely is taking a huge chance on her career because the country world is not exactly liberal. Everyone can remember the whole Dixie Chicks fiasco.
